FAQ

Questions buyers ask

A detailed accessibility audit runs $5–8 per page, full remediation $20–35 per page, and complex documents or forms $40–70 per page, with a $500 minimum project. Price depends on document complexity, source quality, forms, tables, and required standards. Final pricing is confirmed in writing after the source document is reviewed — no open-ended hourly billing.

An audit identifies and documents barriers with a severity-ranked findings report — the right first step when you need to know the size of the problem. Remediation fixes them: document structure, tags, reading order, tables, images, and links, then validates the result. Certification is a formal legal attestation, which I do not issue; I deliver technical remediation and the verification evidence your compliance team needs.

WCAG 2.2, PDF/UA (ISO 14289), and Section 508 requirements. Verification combines automated checking in PAC and veraPDF with manual screen-reader testing in NVDA — automated tools alone miss reading order and context problems. Every remediation project closes with a before/after findings comparison and a final accessibility report.

Yes — that is most of what I do. I have worked embedded in Capital Group's Investment Team pod using its enterprise design system under strict brand and compliance standards, and built the presentation system adopted by 90% of 200+ users at S&P Global in under three months. I work inside existing component libraries, brand rules, and review workflows rather than around them.

Send the source file or a brief with page or slide count, target date, and any required standard. You receive a fixed scope, schedule, and quote — typically within one business day. Presentation packages state delivery windows up front; remediation timelines are set after source review, because a clean InDesign file and a scanned PDF are very different projects.

Yes. Deliverables include editable source files — PowerPoint, InDesign, or Figma as appropriate — alongside final production formats. You own the output of commissioned work. For template and system projects, that includes the documentation your team needs to keep producing without me.

Each package states its included revision rounds. A round means one consolidated set of feedback, returned together. New requirements that change the scope — added pages, restructured content, a new data source — are quoted separately before any work begins, so there are no surprise invoices.

NDAs are signed on request before any material is shared. Confidential client content is never shown publicly — every portfolio example here uses placeholder data or already-published material. Financial and pre-release documents are handled with the same discipline the originating institution requires.

I am based in Mexico City and work with clients globally, overlapping US and European business hours. Contracts and invoicing are in USD. I have worked with international institutions, multilaterals, and global consultancies for 20 years, so cross-border engagement is routine rather than an exception.
